1. Sustainability Training Classes for Alabama Manufacturers

Where:  Decatur; Calhoun Community College - Aerospace Training Center, Room 270
Registration and Location 
What:

The Alabama Technology Network (ATN) and the WRATT Foundation have partnered to bring two 4-hour sustainability training classes to Alabama manufactures. This training is provided at NO COST to manufactures through a Department of Labor State Energy Sector Partnership grant.

Session 1: Energy Efficiency / Water Conservation / Waste Reduction
Session 2: Environmental Factors (Air Quality/Noise) & Life Cycling

2. Emergency Management Training

When:

May 15 (8:00 am - 12:00 Noon)
Where: 
Northeast Alabama Community College
What: 

TVA and your local power companies want to give you the tools you need to manage your use of energy as effectively as possible.

This half-day training will feature Practical Energy training in Involving People in Energy Savings, Lighting, Motor, and Compressed Air Systems.

Through support from Alabama Department of Economic & Community Affairs (ADECA) and Alabama Technology Network (ATN) bring you this high quality energy education. We want to thank TVA, Marshall-DeKalb Electric Cooperative, Sand Mountain Electric Cooperative, and Fort Payne Improvement Authority for sponsoring this event.
